Reading Your Email Important note for Completing Students Once your studies have completed at the University you will no longer have access to the email service. It is your responsibility to ensure that you transfer any email you wish to keep to alternative email accounts.You should also ensure that you inform anyone expecting to email you at your university account that they should use an alternative address to contact you. NOTE: Please log into the correct system depending on whether you are a student or a member of staff (stumail and staffmail respectively). Failure to do so will result in the loss of personal settings and possibly corrupt INBOX's. MAILING LISTS: The Unix team is responsible for adding staff and students to mailing lists and ensuring that mail is delivered correctly. If you are not on an appropriate mailing list or are having a mail delivery issue (other than problems with a Windows based mail client) please contact unixhelp@gre.ac.uk with full details of the problem. Always include your userid when contacting the Unix Team. WARNING: Inappropriate use of University email facilities will result in your account being disabled. |
